Every contribution makes
a huge difference!
Little by little with large and small donations we reached our goal to raise $7500 for a new kitchen! Additional donations will be used for future projects.
Economic times are very hard right now! We are all feeling the pinch. If it is a difficult time for us here in the United States (or elsewhere), imagine how difficult it is for the children at the Burguret Primary School. The average family lives on less than one dollar per day. The Kenyan School Project is run by 100% volunteer labor which means that every dollar given goes directly toward the construction of a school kitchen and dining area. The KSP will raise 70% of the cost ($7,535) and the Burguret Primary School stakeholders will contribute the remaining 30% in labor.
Your donation will be carefully managed so that every dollar you give will have maximum impact and we will keep you informed of our progress through periodic reports.
Here are some examples of how your gift will grow:
- 50 people giving $10 dollars will raise 15 percent of our goal
- 30 people giving $50 dollars will fund one fifth of our goal.
- 35 people giving $100 dollars will fund half the cost of the school kitchen.
You can see how your dollars begin to add up when combined with other donations. Little by little with large and small donations we can reach our goal.
Please join us!
What we do DOES make a difference...
We are a registered non-profit corporation in the state of Washington with approved 501c3 tax-exempt
